The hostel sits at the top of a steep hill on the slopes of Croix-Rousse, offering panoramic views but requiring an uphill hike with luggage. The nearest bus stop is Mairie du 1er (bus C13), about 5 minutes downhill. Lyon Part-Dieu station is reachable by bus C13 in about 20 minutes. The Museum of Fine Arts is less than 1 km away, and the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière and Fourvière Roman Theatre are within walking distance. The area is full of local bars, bouchons, and a lively farmers' market. For those with mobility concerns, the location is challenging due to steep streets and many stairs.

Accommodation

Options range from private double/twin/quadruple rooms to capsule-bed dormitories, all air-conditioned and soundproofed.
Private rooms measure 15-22 m2 and include a king-size bed (180x200 cm) or two singles, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, desk, and towels. Quadruple rooms have a king bed plus two singles or a bunk bed. Dormitories (4-18 beds) feature capsule-style beds with privacy curtains, USB sockets, reading lights, lockers (bring your own lock), and shared bathrooms inside the dorm. Some dorms have views of Fourvière Basilica. Mattresses in dorms are thin and firm, which may be uncomfortable for some; dorm beds also have a low ceiling inside the capsule. Noise can travel from hallways and events, especially on weekends. Upper floors are accessible by lift.

On-site restaurant and bar open daily from 7:00 to 22:30, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails.
Breakfast options include an express 5 EUR (hot drink + 3 pastries), a Breakfast Club at 15 EUR (pastry, egg muffin, juice, hot drink), and a continental buffet at 9 EUR (bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit). The buffet has limited variety and no hot proteins. The restaurant serves burgers (including veggie), salads, sharing plates, and desserts (6-7 EUR) at lunch and dinner.
