MOTEL RENO, Tijuana

The motel is situated on a busy street and highway, providing direct car access to most of Tijuana. The area is safe and well-located, with many restaurants, taco stands, bakeries, and cafés within a 5-minute walk (0.3-0.5 km). A 24-hour Mexican restaurant is only 0.5 km away. The property also offers free on-site parking and direct car-to-room access, making it easy to come and go. While there is no airport shuttle, the airport is a short 13-minute drive. Driving to San Diego takes about 20 minutes, and Playa Rosarito Beach is a scenic 25-minute drive. The location is highly practical for those with a car or anyone needing quick border access.

Rooms are clean and functional, with soundproofing to reduce exterior noise. All rooms feature a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries, plus air conditioning and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some room types include a microwave, mini-fridge, or mini-bar. A safety deposit box is provided in each room. The twin room offers 2 beds and a balcony with inner courtyard views. The bungalow has a separate living room and bedroom, a minibar, and a wardrobe. Road noise can be audible in street-facing rooms, so lighter sleepers may prefer a room away from the road. Housekeeping is provided daily at no extra charge. Overall, rooms are practical, clean, and well-suited for short stays, with comfortable beds and a straightforward layout.

There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre at Motel Reno. Leisure options are limited to the surrounding area - Playa Rosarito Beach is a 25-minute drive away. The inner courtyard view from some rooms provides a calm setting. Guests seeking full wellness facilities may need to look elsewhere or plan their leisure time off-site.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Parking is free and on-site with no reservation needed; a security gate at the entrance closes at night, providing secure overnight parking. Direct car-to-room access is available. The 24-hour front desk offers luggage storage - useful if arriving early or leaving late, as early check-in is limited on weekends. Daily housekeeping is free, and laundry is available for an additional charge. Other practical services include a tour desk, car hire, fax/photocopying (fee), and grocery deliveries (fee). A barber/beauty shop is also on site. Pets are allowed on request for a daily fee of 200 MXN per pet. The property is accessible by car; the hotel entrance is 2.7 m high. Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard.
