San Diego International Airport is 14 km away, and Torrey Pines Golf Course is a 20-minute drive. For coastal access, the beach is a one-block walk, and the area offers numerous nearby beaches, tide pools, and sunset viewpoints.

Each accommodation is individually styled with a charming, rustic character, set within beautifully maintained gardens that create a secluded oasis feel. Rooms are cozy and well-equipped: some cottages include a separate bedroom, a kitchen/living room combo, a dining area, and a private patio or garden-view patio. The Sea Bright 1-bedroom cottage offers a full kitchen and a spacious living room suitable for a queen airbed or two twin roll-away beds, making it a good option for families. The Wisteria cottage and the Sea Gate unit (unit 242) are noted for their privacy and proximity to the back of the property. Most cottages have private bathrooms, and select studios come with kitchenettes. Air conditioning and heating are available in all units for year-round comfort. While some rooms have a desk area, electrical outlets may be limited; an outlet beside the bed is suitable for CPAP machines.

There is no breakfast service, restaurant, or bar on-site. Several dining options are within a 0.5 km walk, including El Pescador Fish Market, Yogi Topi, China Chef, Verdes El Ranchero, Jack in the Box, Fresheria, and Pizza On Pearl.
