The quiet location makes it ideal for families wanting a calm retreat after busy days, but a car is essential for getting around. The driveway lighting is limited, so having a GPS or good sense of direction is helpful.

Each two-bedroom townhome includes a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the second room, and a sofa bed in the living room. All units feature a washer/dryer, air conditioning, and heating. Kitchen equipment includes pots, pans, utensils, and a coffee maker, though specific items like a broiler pan or cookie sheet may be missing. The property uses older furnishings in many units, and some areas show wear such as stained carpets and faded decor. While recent updates (new flooring, fresh paint) are visible in certain units, travellers seeking modern design may prefer a property with consistent unit standards. The full kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals, including a stove, microwave, and basic cookware.
