The hotel driveway is on a busy highway; entering from the south may require a U-turn. Nearby dining includes McDonald's (0.5 km) and Harbor Inn Seafood (0.5 km). The Folk Art Center is 23 km away, and the Botanical Gardens are a 15-minute drive.

Standard double rooms feature two double beds and are accessible with wider doorways and bathroom safety railings. One-bedroom king suites offer a separate bedroom with a door and may include a pullout sleeper sofa (available only in a limited number of suites-contact the hotel to confirm). All rooms have air conditioning and heating, large windows (some with mountain views), ironing facilities, and seating areas.
