Royal Albert DLR station is a 2-3-minute walk, offering direct trains to Canning Town and connections to the Jubilee line; central London is reachable in 30-45 minutes. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, including Fox Connaught and Docksider. On-site private parking (fee applies) is available, but note that the hotel is inside the London congestion charge zone.

Room types include Queen (double bed) and Twin (two single beds), plus Family/Premium rooms with a double bed and sofa bed. All rooms have floor-to-ceiling art walls, a 42-inch LCD smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning (centrally controlled - heating mode in winter, cooling in summer), a kettle, and an en-suite shower.
