QUALITY APARTHOTEL NICE, Nice

The aparthotel sits in a practical location 5 minutes on foot from Nice Riquier train station, making it straightforward to reach the airport (two stops) and explore coastal towns. A tram stop and bus route (line 7 to the port and city centre) are also nearby. The port is a 15-minute walk away, and the city centre is roughly half an hour on foot. A large Super U supermarket adjoins the building, and several bakeries and restaurants are within a short walk. Street parking is limited, but private on-site parking is available for €10/night with a reservation. While the area is generally quiet, road-facing rooms may pick up morning traffic noise.

The apartments are designed for independent stays, each featuring a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle for cooking and storing food. Rooms are described as spacious and modern, with large comfortable beds, ample storage, good air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower. Double and quadruple rooms as well as a suite layout (with separate bedroom) are available; quadruple rooms use a sofa bed in the living area instead of a second bedroom. Twin or connecting rooms are not available. Some rooms have a balcony with mountain views. Noise from the road can be heard in the morning in front-facing units, but the building itself is in a quiet neighbourhood.

A continental buffet breakfast is served daily, including juice, pastries, pancakes, cheese, and fruits. The breakfast is available for an extra charge of €16 per person. For a wider selection, the spacious kitchenette in each apartment and the adjoining Super U supermarket make self-catering a practical alternative. Several bakeries and restaurants (Italian, Portuguese, and Asian options) are within a 5-minute walk, offering additional dining choices.

The seasonal outdoor swimming pool features sun loungers and is fully fenced for child safety, making it a pleasant spot for relaxation. A fitness room with basic aerobic equipment is available, and there are board games and puzzles in the games area. The pool is shared with the retirement home residents on-site, which may affect availability of sun loungers during peak afternoon periods. Golf (within 3 km) is available at an additional charge.

The aparthotel offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, luggage storage, and 24-hour security with CCTV. Private on-site parking is available at €10 per night but must be reserved in advance; access requires a key from reception. Reception is not staffed after hours, so late arrivals need to coordinate key collection. Pets are allowed with possible charges. The property also shares its grounds with a retirement home, which provides a calm, supervised atmosphere but means the restaurant and pool are used by those residents.
