Public transport is possible via bus 169 from S-Bahn Erkner, but a car is more convenient. The surrounding area offers boating, cycling, and walking trails. A beer garden with lake views operates in summer. Guests with mobility concerns should note the distance to off-site parking and that lifts may not always work.

Breakfast is a buffet with hot and cold options, including eggs, sausages, cheese, pastries, fruit, and yogurt. Vegan alternatives are not standard. Dinner is a buffet (around €29) or à la carte on select evenings, with limited menu choices. The restaurant closes at 21:30. A beer garden operates in summer.
