The hotel sits on U.S. 41, a main road, providing easy car access to beaches, downtown Naples (4 km), and area attractions. Walking to the beach is possible (about 2 km / 30 minutes), but most guests drive. Free on-site parking makes car-based exploration convenient. The immediate neighborhood offers a variety of dining options: Club Sushi, Fujiyama Steak and Seafood House, Harold's Place, and Red Lobster are all within 0.3-1 km. The area is safe and well-lit, with a launderette two blocks away.

Standard rooms overlook the parking lot and may pick up road noise; deluxe rooms face the garden or pool and are generally quieter. Some rooms have connecting doors that can transmit sound between rooms. Air conditioning is through older through-wall units that can be noisy and may have a musty odor. Bathrooms are compact with no towel hooks; the sink is located outside the bathroom in some configurations. Beds are either king or double; mattress firmness varies. There are no room phones, in-room safes, or microwaves (common microwave available at the tiki hut). Rooms are kept clean with daily housekeeping.

Breakfast is basic: bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, and occasionally hard-boiled eggs. There is no hot food, fresh fruit, or yogurt. The outdoor breakfast area is pleasant but subject to weather. For other meals, several restaurants are within walking distance, including Harold's Place just across the street and Fuse BBQ within 1 km. The tiki hut is available for guests to enjoy their own drinks in the evening (bring your own).

The pool area is a highlight: a large, clean, heated pool with ample loungers and a shaded tiki section. Pool towels are provided. Bicycle rental allows easy exploration of nearby beaches and parks. Darts are available for guest entertainment. There is no spa, fitness centre, or other wellness facilities.

The property features secure parking with CCTV and smoke alarms. The business centre provides a computer and fax/photocopying (fee). Car hire can be arranged through concierge. Front desk is staffed during daytime; for after-hours requests, guests should use their cell phone or walk to the office - there are no room phones. No elevator; ground-floor rooms can be requested. The property is non-smoking, but outdoor smoking is permitted on the patio. Cots are available on request.
