While the area is lively and well-connected, some streets are part of the entertainment district, giving it an energetic but sometimes rough-around-the-edges feel.

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with double bed, a living area with a sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower and bath, and a balcony. The sofa bed is very small and only suitable for a child or as an extra sleeping surface for one adult in a pinch-not comfortable for a third adult. The apartment feels compact for 3 adults with luggage. Road-facing rooms experience significant street noise, especially from traffic and nightlife, with limited soundproofing. Some units may have maintenance issues such as blocked drains, smelly sinks, dusty surfaces, or a moldy smell from the washing machine; deep cleaning is not always consistent. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The balcony can be used for air-drying laundry, but smoking is not permitted on it.
