The hotel sits on a main road beside Tokyo Dome and Tokyo Dome City, providing immediate access to the area's shops, dining and entertainment. JR Suidobashi Station and Suidobashi Subway Station are within a 10-minute walk, with direct trains to Shinjuku (12 minutes), Ueno (10 minutes) and Tokyo Station (10 minutes) for Shinkansen connections. A Don Quijote store is directly below the hotel, and multiple convenience stores, restaurants and cafés line the surrounding streets, making daily errands and meals easy without transport. The area feels safe and well-connected for solo and family travellers.

Each room includes a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, heating, fridge, electric kettle, air humidifier/purifier, trouser press and a private bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and toiletries. Some rooms have frosted glass and no exterior view; rooms on higher floors generally offer better outlooks. The bed area in small twin rooms can feel cramped, while standard double and twin rooms are described as comfortable and wider than typical Tokyo hotel rooms. Corner rooms may offer views over Tokyo Dome. Premium twin rooms are located on the 4th floor; for higher-floor rooms, choose a different room type. Daily housekeeping can be scheduled via the TV.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant or bar, but the surrounding area offers extensive dining options: Tokyo Dome City's LaQua complex and nearby streets include ramen, pizza, Italian, gyōza, bakery and café choices within a 2-minute walk. A Saizeriya restaurant is in the same building, and Don Quijote below sells snacks and drinks. The breakfast coupon can sometimes be used for other meals at designated outlets. Drinks vending machines are available on site.
