AN HOTEL, Tokyo

Public transport options are available nearby, making it possible to reach central Tokyo without a car. The property sits beside a major highway, so road noise is a factor. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within a 5-minute walk, including Coffee-Kan Shin Itabashi at 0.5 km and a variety of teppanyaki and Japanese eateries at 0.5 km. The location is practical for budget-conscious travellers who prioritise transit access and value over a quiet setting.

Rooms are compact and basic, each equipped with a television, air conditioning, and heating. Double rooms have one bed; twin rooms have two. The overall condition varies, with some reports of mattresses with protruding springs and rooms that are dusty or not thoroughly cleaned between stays. Road-facing rooms experience persistent traffic noise. The shared bathrooms are located on each floor, with no private facilities in the rooms. For light sleepers or those sensitive to cleanliness, a portable fan, earplugs, and personal sleep essentials are recommended.

The property offers free Wi-Fi throughout, a shared kitchen, and luggage storage available from 11:00 for both early arrivals and late departures (non-valuables only). Security includes CCTV, fire extinguishers, smoke alarms, and key access. There is no reception staff on site, so guests should plan to communicate via phone if needed. No daily room cleaning is provided; a cleaning fee applies. Minors require parental consent confirmed by phone.
