Shinjuku Station is the main transit hub, reachable on foot in 5-10 minutes depending on the exit, giving direct access to the Yamanote Line, metro and airport limousine buses. Despite being minutes from the busiest areas of Shinjuku, the hotel is on a side street that stays quiet at night, ideal for light sleepers who still want immediate access to Kabukicho and the dining/shopping district. Plenty of restaurants and konbini are within a short walk. For airport transfers, walking to Shinjuku Station is the most practical option.

Rooms are clean and well-maintained. Twin and deluxe double rooms offer enough space to open two large suitcases, while compact doubles are better suited for shorter stays. Each room includes air conditioning, a work desk, wardrobe, safe, flat-screen TV with streaming services, free toiletries, slippers, bathrobes, electric kettle, refrigerator and microwave. Twin rooms also include a washing machine, and all rooms have a private bathroom with a shower or bath, separate toilet area and hairdryer. Some rooms lack drawers, making unpacking less convenient for stays longer than a couple of nights. Road-facing rooms are quieter than typical Shinjuku properties; for maximum quiet, a room on a higher floor or facing the courtyard is recommended.

The property does not offer breakfast or an on-site restaurant. Instead, the surrounding streets are lined with dozens of dining options - from ramen shops to sushi bars - all within a 5-minute walk. Convenience stores for snacks, drinks and light meals are immediately next door. For a full meal, Tatsunoya Shinjuku Otakibashidori and Ebisoba Ichizen are both 0.5 km away, and larger chains or late-night izakayas are even closer. The kitchenette in each room allows for simple meal preparation, and the refrigerator is useful for storing konbini purchases or leftovers.

The hotel features a well-maintained private sauna that creates a clean, minimalist relaxation space. A weekday morning session before 10:30 is available at a reduced rate. The sauna is a separate bookable facility rather than a communal amenity, so planning ahead is recommended. No swimming pool, gym or spa treatments are offered.

Free WiFi covers all rooms and common areas. The 24-hour front desk accepts cash, credit cards and electronic money, and staff can assist with luggage courier services via Yamato Transport - useful for sending suitcases to the next city. Luggage storage is available in the lobby from 7:00 to 22:00 on check-in and check-out days only (not for multiple nights). A coin-operated launderette is on the first floor; twin rooms also include an in-room washing machine and dryer. Daily cleaning is provided on request. The building has a lift and key card access, with 24-hour security and CCTV. Pets are not allowed.
