The hotel is located about 20 minutes by bus from both Valencia city centre and the beach. Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències is a 10-15 minute walk, and Mestalla Stadium is 2 km away. Valencia Airport is 11 km. The bus stop outside provides direct routes to all major attractions, and the metro stop (10 minutes on foot) gives access to the historic centre in 20 minutes. The area is residential and has several supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk.

Rooms are described as large, modern, and clean. The double room has a double bed, while the spacious twin room offers two beds. Some rooms have a sofa and a wardrobe. Windows in some rooms face internal courtyards (which may have renovation work or odours) or busy roads (possible noise). Light sleepers may want to request a quieter room. No full-length mirrors are provided in the rooms. Daily housekeeping is standard, and the rooms are generally very quiet thanks to soundproofing. Air conditioning units are present but some have been reported as noisy or with a smell.

Breakfast service runs from 07:30 to 10:30. Two options are offered: a 3€ option (toast with coffee) or a 7€ buffet with bread, croissants, cheese, meat, fruits, yoghurt, cornflakes, and other continental items.
