The apartment is located in the Presqu'île district in the city centre, a 2-minute walk from Lyon Perrache Train Station and metro, providing direct connections across Lyon and to the surrounding region. Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport is 27 km away; the airport can be reached by a combination of Metro A, T3 tram and bus 47 for a total fare of about €2.10. Nearby attractions include Musée Miniature et Cinéma (2 km), Fourvière Roman Theatre (2 km), and Place Bellecour is within a 10-minute walk. The area offers numerous cafés, restaurants and shopping options, and most of central Lyon is easily walkable from the apartment. A supermarket is located about 200 m from the building.

The apartment consists of one separate bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, seating area and dining table, providing sleeping for up to four people. The living room offers city views and includes a flat-screen TV, a work desk, and parquet flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, pod coffee machine, toaster and all necessary cookware and utensils. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hairdryer and washing machine. The apartment is on the top (6th) floor and is located in the attic, with a sloped roof - the bed on one side may have limited headroom, and the low roof can make access slightly awkward. Two fans are provided but there is no air conditioning; in summer the apartment can be warm and mosquito netting is not available. Windows are well soundproofed, keeping the apartment quiet despite its central location. The lift reaches the 5th floor; the apartment is reached via two short flights of stairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, pod coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and ample cookware, utensils and glassware - ideal for preparing meals in the apartment. Several cafés and restaurants are within a 0.5 km radius, including Vatel Gourmet, Brasserie Saint Augustin, Le Conde and Himalia. A supermarket is located 200 m from the building, and many shops in the Presqu'île district are within walking distance.

The apartment does not have a pool, spa, gym or other wellness facilities. The central location in Presqu'île puts guests within walking distance of all major historical and shopping areas of Lyon, including Vieux Lyon, Place Bellecour and Perrache station for excursions further afield.
