The property sits in a university neighbourhood less than 1 km from Malvarrosa Beach. Public transport is easily accessible: tram line 4 from Beteró station (a 5-minute walk) reaches the city centre in about 20 minutes, and bus stops are nearby for routes to Valencia Airport (13 km). The area has several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within walking distance. Water sports are available at the beach. For car users, the hotel offers on-site parking (15 EUR/day, reservation required) and an EV charging station. The location is convenient for beach visits and university access, but the city centre and main attractions are a short ride away.

Breakfast is a continental-style meal served from a counter: includes bread/pastries, yogurt, fruit, juice, and hot drinks. It is not a self-serve buffet. The hotel's bistro/cafeteria is open for lunch and dinner, offering sandwiches, salads, and hot dishes. For a wider dining selection, the area around the beach has numerous restaurants, and the city centre is a short tram ride away. The property also has vending machines for drinks and snacks.

The hotel has a well-equipped fitness centre on site. The rooftop terrace offers sun loungers and panoramic views - two jacuzzi tubs are present but may not always be operational. Indoor leisure includes a ping-pong table in the lobby and a co-working space with fast internet. Laundry facilities (washing machines) are available at an extra charge. The nearby beach offers water sports activities such as paddleboarding and kayaking.

Services include a 24-hour reception, express check-in/check-out, luggage storage (free), and vending machines. The property is wheelchair accessible with a lift. Parking is available on site for 15 EUR per day and must be reserved. An electric vehicle charging station is provided. WiFi is free throughout. Bicycle storage is available. Note that room cleaning is not daily; the schedule varies - often every 2-3 days - and fresh towels can be requested at reception. Laundry facilities are coin-operated. The hotel has full security with CCTV and smoke alarms.
