On Calle Colón, Valencia's prime shopping and cultural artery, 3 minutes' walk from Colón metro and 10 minutes from Valencia Cathedral.
The hotel sits on Calle Colón, a major commercial thoroughfare in the heart of the Eixample district, bordering Ciutat Vella. Colón metro station (lines 3 and 5) is less than 2 minutes' walk away, providing a direct 20-30 minute connection to Valencia Airport and quick access to the City of Arts and Sciences. Estació del Nord is a 7-minute walk, and Joaquín Sorolla AVE station is 15 minutes by metro. The Central Market is 900 metres away, and Valencia Cathedral is a 10-minute walk. A taxi from the airport takes about 20 minutes (around €27). The location is ideal for exploring the old town on foot, with shops, supermarkets, and a taxi rank directly opposite.

Accommodation

Three room types: Standard interior rooms, Executive rooms with street views, and Balcony rooms on the 6th floor with a private balcony.
All rooms are air-conditioned and feature extra-comfortable 32cm high-profile American-style mattresses, rain-effect showers, a desk, a 40-inch Smart TV, and free WiFi. Standard rooms have twin or double beds, interior views, and wooden floors; they are quieter than street-facing rooms. Executive rooms offer natural light and views of Calle Colón. Balcony rooms on the 6th floor include a private balcony with city views. Minibars are available for an extra charge, and kettles can be requested at reception. Some rooms feel smaller and may have limited natural light; rooms facing the street or the lift can experience noise. The property has a dated feel in places, and some rooms show signs of wear.

Dining

Buffet breakfast served daily with fresh local products; no restaurant or bar on site.
Breakfast is a continental buffet with breads, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurt, pastries, and fruit, served Monday to Friday 7-11 am and Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 8-11 am. Scrambled eggs are available on request at no extra cost. The standard rate is €10, reduced to €8.50 if added at check-in. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar, but Calle Colón and the surrounding streets offer numerous cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets within a short walk. The breakfast room can be noisy when renovation work is ongoing.

Leisure

No pool, spa, or gym on site; the city centre and metro provide direct access to Valencia's main leisure attractions.
The hotel does not have a pool, spa, sauna, or gym. The leisure focus is entirely on the city-centre location, with easy walking access to Valencia's cultural attractions, shopping, and dining. For leisure activities, guests can use the Colón metro to reach the City of Arts and Sciences (12 minutes by car) or the beach.
