The Colosseum is about a 3-minute walk away, and Rome Termini Station is 20 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and pubs are within a 1-minute walk. The area is safe and easy to navigate on foot, with public transport available directly outside. Those arriving by car should note there is no parking available on site or nearby.

Rooms are individually decorated with modern artwork and feature renovated wood-beam ceilings, parquet or terracotta floors, air conditioning, heating, a minibar, and a 24-inch satellite flat-screen TV. Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower or bath, hairdryer, and bidet. Some rooms offer a balcony, while others overlook the street or an inner courtyard. A limited number of rooms have a kitchenette. The room size and natural light vary considerably: some rooms are spacious while others are small, poorly lit, and can feel dark, especially those facing the inner courtyard. Certain rooms are located on the 4th floor with no lift.
