NOVELLA GOLDONI SUITE-BY FLORENCE CONCIERGE, Florence

The apartment sits on a quiet street yet is steps from the main attractions: Strozzi Palace (3 min walk), Santa Maria Novella (300 m), and Piazza del Duomo (800 m). The nearby tram stop provides a direct 8-minute link to the airport, and the walk to the main train station is also short, making day trips easy. Although central, the area is peaceful at night, with many restaurants, wine bars, and a supermarket immediately around the corner. All major sights, including the Uffizi Gallery and Accademia, are within a comfortable stroll.

The accommodation is a self-contained unit with one bedroom (double bed), a living room with a sofa bed (sleeps up to 4), and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, and cookware, allowing guests to prepare meals and coffee at home. All units feature air conditioning (quiet and effective even in high summer), flat-screen TV, work desk, dining area, and tea/coffee facilities. The interiors are renovated, clean, and match the photos exactly. While comfortable, the space is compact - ideal for couples or solo travellers. Beds and pillows are consistently noted as comfortable, and the lighting is good throughout. No balcony is available.

The property does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. However, the immediate neighbourhood is packed with popular restaurants: L'Osteria di Giovanni, Il Latini, La Spada, and Ristorante Buca Mario are all within 300 metres, covering traditional Tuscan cuisine, steak, and local wine. Several wine windows are walkable for evening tastings, and a supermarket nearby makes self-catering easy. The host can recommend local eateries, and the kitchenette allows guests to prepare their own meals.

There is no spa, gym, pool, or wellness centre at the property. For leisure, the apartment's location puts guests within walking distance of Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, and the Pitti Palace. The area also offers walking tours, bike tours, and cooking classes (available for an additional charge). The host can provide recommendations for local experiences.

The apartment offers reliable, good-speed Wi-Fi suitable for remote work. There is a lift in the building, and the property provides private check-in/check-out, a tour desk, and concierge service (the host is highly communicative and offers daily check-ins). Bicycle and car hire are available for a surcharge, and express check-in/out is also possible. Cleaning services (daily housekeeping) incur an additional fee. The building uses key access for security. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited.
