The nearest bus stop (Prado de San Sebastián) is about 10 minutes away, with routes to Santa Justa train station and Seville Airport. Santa Justa station is a 25-minute walk or a 15-minute taxi ride. The area is lively at night, with street noise from nearby venues and a flamenco theatre on the same street; inner-facing rooms are significantly quieter.

Room types range from the compact economic double (one double bed) to the spacious Superior double (one double bed, large street-facing windows) and a family room (two singles + bunk bed). An attic room with a private terrace is also available. Standard rooms have windows but some face an interior courtyard or the building interior; Superior rooms offer exterior outlooks. The double room with a terrace provides city views. All bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some noise travels between rooms due to thin walls, and street-facing rooms can be affected by external noise until late.
