Triana Bridge, Plaza de Armas, La Giralda and the Cathedral are all reachable on foot within 15-25 minutes. A large shopping mall (Torre Sevilla) and the main bus station are a short walk away, and a bus stop is 5 minutes from the door, offering easy access to the wider city. For drivers, free street parking is sometimes available, but the closest reliable paid parking is at Parking Mercado de Triana or Torre Sevilla car park, both a 6-10 minute walk. Numerous bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk, making the area convenient for self-catering stays.

The apartments range from studios to two-bedroom duplexes, each with a private entrance. Rooms feature parquet floors, a seating area with a flat-screen TV and streaming services, a washing machine, and a tea and coffee maker.
