The area is abundant with restaurants, bars, and a bakery directly below the building. Seville Airport is 10 km away or a 20-minute drive. The main road location is ideal for car-free city exploration, but traffic noise can be significant in apartments facing the street. Windows close tightly, but the noise remains audible

The hotel offers 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a separate living room and a bedroom, with the 2-bedroom unit also offering two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. All apartments are air-conditioned, centrally controlled, and feature soundproofing, parquet floors, flat-screen smart TV with Netflix in the living room, a seating area, wardrobe, and a dining table.
