NUT HOME HOSTEL, Bangkok

The hostel sits in a quiet local area 6 km from Don Mueang International Airport, reachable on foot in 8-10 minutes. IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is 10 km away, Chatuchak Weekend Market 19 km. A 7-Eleven, street food stalls, cafés, and massage shops are all within a 5-minute walk. The area feels local and safe, with good Grab taxi access (5 minutes to the airport, ~50 baht). Nearby restaurants include Classic Room Restaurant, The Zeppelin Restaurant, Kruang Naichang, and McDonald's, all within 1 km. For city exploration, the location is far from central Bangkok - best suited for airport transit stays.

Rooms available include double, twin, and family rooms (family rooms with 2 beds). All have air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a tumble dryer, and basic toiletries. Some rooms feature a balcony. Rooms are generally compact but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. A communal microwave, kettle, tea, and coffee are available. While rooms are basic - no fridge, limited storage, no desk chairs - they are adequate for one or two nights. Air conditioning noise and road noise can affect some rooms; requesting a quieter unit improves sleep quality. The hostel enforces a no-shoes policy indoors, which helps maintain cleanliness. Travellers with large luggage should note that there is no lift and stairs are required. Overall, the accommodation is a practical, budget-friendly choice for transit or short stays.

Nut Home Hostel does not have its own restaurant. However, the surrounding area offers extensive dining options. Street food stalls line the main road, serving local dishes in the evening. Within a 1-km radius are Classic Room Restaurant, The Zeppelin Restaurant, Kruang Naichang, and McDonald's. A 7-Eleven is a few minutes away for snacks and drinks. The hostel provides free coffee, tea, and bottled water in the communal area. Breakfast is not served, but the abundance of nearby food makes eating out convenient. This setup is ideal for airport transit stays where a full hotel meal is not needed.
