YOUYEN LL HOSTEL, Bangkok

The property is approximately 5 km from Don Mueang International Airport, easily walkable in about 7 minutes. It is also near IMPACT Muang Thong Thani (9 km) and Chatuchak Weekend Market (19 km). The immediate area has a lively market with street food stalls and shops. Use the 24-hour 7-Elevens on the walking route from the airport for supplies. Note that the area can be very noisy due to the market set-up starting early, and the location is far from central Bangkok and Sukhumvit.

Room types include private rooms (double, twin, triple) and dormitory rooms with 4 or 8 beds. All rooms feature air conditioning, a washing machine, and a balcony with city views. Private bathrooms have a shower or bath, while dormitories have shared bathrooms. Each room comes with a work desk, soundproofing, and free WiFi. Kitchen facilities include a refrigerator, kitchenware, a tea and coffee maker, and a toaster. Bedding comfort varies significantly, with some reporting hard mattresses and potential cleanliness issues such as dirty sheets and unwashed towels. The property is soundproofed but the area market and hallway noise can be intrusive.

A continental breakfast is offered daily for an additional charge of 1 THB. The breakfast is basic, typically including bread, jam, fruit, toast, tea, and coffee. Room service is available. For additional meal options, the property can arrange special diet menus on request. Given the limited breakfast, the surrounding area is rich with street food stalls and restaurants within a 1-minute walk. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for an additional charge, and a shared kitchen is available for self-catering.

The property does not have its own wellness or leisure facilities on-site. Evening entertainment and walking tours are available but are located off-site. The shared outdoor seating area provides a small outdoor space. The property is functional for a short transit stay or as a base for exploring the local market and nearby shops.
