The Marina Bay area is about a 30-minute walk. For airport transfers, a taxi is the only practical option after 11:45pm; during the day public transport via MRT is straightforward. Each pod features individually controlled air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a reading light, a desk, universal sockets, USB ports, and a lockable door. The family room is a separate room on the third floor with a shared bathroom and four beds. All bathrooms are shared and combine toilet and shower in a single small cubicle - the floor often becomes wet. The pods are made of plastic, so noise from neighbouring capsules and the corridor is clearly audible. The mattress is thin and firm. Small lockers are provided but only fit a backpack; larger luggage is stored in the common area near the pods. The property has no lift, and stairs (up to three flights) are required - this is worth factoring in for those with heavy suitcases.
