The property is on a lively street steps away from numerous restaurants, hawker centres, temples, and shops. Maxwell Food Centre and Chinatown Point mall are within a short stroll. The Marina Bay area is about a 30-minute walk. For airport transfers, a taxi is the only practical option after 11:45pm; during the day public transport via MRT is straightforward. The excellent walkability score (9.2) makes it easy to explore the city without a car.

Each pod features individually controlled air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a reading light, a desk, universal sockets, USB ports, and a lockable door. The family room is a separate room on the third floor with a shared bathroom and four beds. All bathrooms are shared and combine toilet and shower in a single small cubicle - the floor often becomes wet. The pods are made of plastic, so noise from neighbouring capsules and the corridor is clearly audible. The mattress is thin and firm. Small lockers are provided but only fit a backpack; larger luggage is stored in the common area near the pods. The property has no lift, and stairs (up to three flights) are required - this is worth factoring in for those with heavy suitcases.

The shared pantry is stocked with complementary hot and cold drinks as well as light snacks. There is no fridge for guest use. The hotel does not serve breakfast or any meals. However, the Chinatown location provides immediate access to a wide range of restaurants, hawker centres (e.g., Maxwell Food Centre), and street food stalls within a few minutes' walk, giving plenty of dining options at various price points.

WiFi is available throughout the property free of charge. The 24-hour front desk allows check-in at any hour and can store luggage before check-in and after check-out at no cost.
