The property sits directly along Oak Creek, with a short walk down to the water. The location offers a peaceful, forested setting away from Sedona's busier areas, yet remains close enough for easy access to restaurants and shops. Parking is free and available on site without reservation. The surrounding area provides excellent hiking and fishing opportunities, with free fishing poles available for use.

Accommodation

Each air-conditioned room includes a flat-screen TV, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee-making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer.
A mix of rooms, cabins, and bungalows are available, many featuring wood-burning fireplaces, hot tubs, spa baths, and private balconies or patios with BBQ grills. Units with full kitchens and family suites with multiple beds are also offered. Room sizes and layouts vary considerably; some rooms are very compact with tiny bathrooms, while others are more spacious. Select rooms offer creek views. All units have private entrances and outdoor furniture.

Dining

There is no on-site restaurant, but the property provides BBQ facilities (propane supplied) and a vending machine for drinks.
Guests can prepare meals using the BBQ grills and outdoor seating areas. A convenience store and café (AJ's in the Canyon and Indian Gardens) are located within a short walk or two-minute drive. Several dining options are available in Sedona, about five minutes away by car. Complimentary Keurig coffee is offered in the lobby.

Wellness and Leisure

Private creek access, sun loungers, and a koi pond create a relaxing outdoor environment.
The resort features direct access to Oak Creek for wading and fishing (fishing poles provided free of charge). Multiple terraces, gazebos, and seating areas are spread throughout the property, including a pagoda and wrought-iron benches. Hiking trails are accessible nearby, and free trailhead parking passes are available. The creek area is a quiet spot for lounging, but there is no developed path along the water.
