The property occupies a peaceful setting along Oak Creek, away from congested areas yet close to all major Sedona attractions. Cathedral Rock is under 10 minutes by car, Red Rock State Park is 16 km away, and Oak Creek Canyon is a 15-minute drive. Hiking trails such as Raven Cave are within walking distance. Uptown Sedona's shops, galleries, and restaurants are just a few minutes' drive. Free on-site parking eliminates the need to hunt for a spot, and the location provides a quiet retreat after outdoor activities.

Each villa features a gas fireplace and a king bed with a queen sofa sleeper, accommodating up to four guests. Studios include a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and toaster. One-bedroom units have a full kitchen (no oven). The private bathroom includes a large jetted air tub. All rooms have a seating area with a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player, as well as antique-inspired décor and a private entrance.
