Private Oasis at Arya is located in the safe, walkable Coconut Grove area, a block from Cocowalk Shopping Center and within a short walk to many restaurants, bars and cafes. The Miami Trolley station is close by, providing car-free access to downtown and surrounding areas. The waterfront and Peacock Park are just a short stroll away. Miami International Airport is approximately 11 km (11 km) from the property, with the Port of Miami about 15 km (14 km) away. Free covered parking is included, making having a rental car practical. The neighbourhood is lively in the evening without being hectic, making it suitable for both couples and families.

Rooms range from compact studios to spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments. Most rooms have a balcony - either private or, in a few cases, shared - with city, pool or bay views. All suites have bay views and include a separate living room plus a kitchen or kitchenette, while standard city king and bay king rooms have no cooking facilities and are hotel-style double rooms with a mini-bar and tea and coffee maker. All units feature air conditioning, a private bathroom with a bath and hairdryer, a washing machine, and a TV with cable channels. The atmosphere is practical rather than luxurious; some furnishings are noted as dated, and certain lower-tier rooms can feel compact. Rooms on higher floors tend to be quieter, while the building has variable soundproofing between rooms and hallways.

The on-site Panorama Restaurant & Sky Lounge and Oasis Lounge and Hookah Bar are not currently operating. A $15 breakfast buffet is offered at the hotel. Rooms with kitchens or kitchenettes allow self-catering, with a grocery store about 12 minutes away on foot. For other meals, a broad selection of restaurants - including Latin American, Italian, and smoothie bars - are all within a five-minute walk in the Coconut Grove neighbourhood.

The outdoor swimming pool is on the rooftop and open all year, equipped with sun loungers and surrounded by city and bay views - a calm spot for relaxing. The fitness centre is on-site with basic but well-maintained equipment, and there is a hot tub for additional relaxation. The bar area next to the pool is currently closed due to the overall restaurant renovation, so drinks and food service may not be available at the pool.

Free on-site parking is available in a covered garage (parking permit provided at check-in). The property has four lifts, though typically only one or two are operational at a time. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, including in the rooms. A guest laundry with washing machines and dryers is located in the parking garage. Luggage storage can be arranged for early arrivals or late departures. The property is lift-equipped and non-smoking throughout. Accepted payment methods include Visa and MasterCard. The front desk is staffed but does not provide daily housekeeping; towels and servicing must be requested directly.
