ADVANCE INN, Niagara Falls

Located on the quieter outskirts of the tourist zone, Advance Inn is about 2 km from Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara. The area offers a variety of restaurants, including Big Texas Niagara, and a Starbucks, all within a 10-minute walk. Lundy's Lane Battlefield Park is also within walking distance. For those without a car, bus routes 104/204 provide a 5-minute ride to Clifton Hill and the falls. Free private parking right outside each room makes car access straightforward.

There is no breakfast service or restaurant at the motel. Complimentary coffee is available in the office during morning hours, and each room is equipped with a kettle for hot water. The surrounding area offers a wide range of dining options within a 10-minute walk, including Subway, Starbucks, and multiple sit-down restaurants along Lundy's Lane.

Wi-Fi is free in all rooms, although its reliability has been inconsistent-some users have needed to sit in the corridor for a stable connection. Free private parking is available on site with no reservation needed, and accessible parking is also provided. A safety deposit box is available for an additional fee. Laundry and fax/photocopying services are available at an extra cost. The motel accepts multiple payment methods: American Express, Visa, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, and MasterCard. The property has wheelchair access and facilities for disabled guests. Daily housekeeping is not automatically provided; it must be requested and may cost extra.
