The hotel is well connected to the rest of Paris via Metro Line 6 (Edgar Quinet station is at the doorstep), with access to RER B for Charles de Gaulle Airport via Denfert-Rochereau station. Montparnasse train station is a 5-minute walk, and Orly Airport is reachable in about 40 minutes by public transport. The neighbourhood around Boulevard Edgar Quinet is packed with brasseries, crêperies, theatres, and shops. Sunday sees an art market at the foot of the hotel, while the Edgar Quinet market operates on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Major landmarks such as the Catacombs, Luxembourg Gardens, and the Eiffel Tower are within walking distance or a short metro ride.

All rooms are air-conditioned, non-smoking, and feature double glazing, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a wardrobe with a safe, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms include either a bathtub or shower. Superior rooms offer open views of Boulevard Edgar Quinet and the Montparnasse Tower; some top-floor rooms provide skyline vistas. Twin and Family rooms are the most spacious, making them well suited to groups or families travelling with children. Rooms facing the street can attract noise from the café terraces below until late evening, so light sleepers may prefer a room on a higher floor or facing the courtyard.
