The 9th arrondissement is lively with museums, stores, restaurants, and theatres. Opéra Metro station (lines 3, 7, 8, 9) is a 3-minute walk and gives direct access to the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, St Lazare and Gare de Lyon stations, and Disneyland Paris. The RoissyBus to Charles de Gaulle Airport stops beside Opéra Garnier, approximately 5-10 minutes on foot. Many major attractions are within a 20-minute walk, and the surrounding streets are packed with cafés, brasseries, and shops. Street noise can be noticeable on the front-facing rooms, but the side-street position keeps the immediate area relatively calm.

Room sizes vary: Single rooms are 10 m2, Twin rooms 11 m2 with two single beds, and Quadruple rooms 22 m2 with one double bed and a double sofa bed. Standard double rooms are compact, and space for opening luggage can be tight - upgrading to a larger category is recommended for longer stays. All rooms feature air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, tea/coffee making facilities, a safe, and a desk. Bathrooms are fitted with a shower; some lower-floor rooms have a shower adapted for accessibility. A limited number of rooms have a balcony. Rooms facing the internal courtyard tend to be quieter. The lift serves all floors and provides access to every room.

The breakfast buffet (€12 per person) includes fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, bread, viennoiseries, cheese, cold cuts, bacon, mini sausages, potato rosti, and a selection of hot and cold drinks. An express breakfast (hot drink, two mini pastries, yoghurt) is offered for those in a hurry. Breakfast can be delivered to the room on request.
