The historic centre, with dozens of tapas bars, restaurants, and shops, is less than 5 minutes on foot. Malaga Airport is 11 km away, reachable by an airport shuttle for an extra fee or by taxi for about €30. The main train station (Malaga Centro Alameda) is a 15-minute walk, and a bus stop right outside connects to the Botanical Gardens. The beach (La Malagueta) is about 20 minutes on foot. Nearby parking garages also cater to drivers arriving for short breaks.
