The Cathedral and Giralda are reachable within 5-10 minutes on foot, and the Setas de Sevilla are about 10 minutes away. The pedestrian street is lively during the day but quieter in the evening, and the area scores exceptionally well for walkability. For airport transfers, taxis take approximately 15 minutes (around €30) or bus Line EA runs 35 minutes for €5. There is no on-site parking; a public garage at Plaza de la Magdalena is a 5-minute walk and costs roughly €20 per day. Numerous cafés, bars, and restaurants are within 300 metres of the property.

The rooms are small, and the bathrooms are particularly compact: the shower entrance is about 30cm wide, which can be challenging for larger frames. Some rooms have windows facing the pedestrian street, while others open onto an internal corridor or courtyard. Street-facing rooms may experience noise from pedestrians and late-night activity, and soundproofing between rooms is minimal - hallway and neighbouring sounds are often audible. Beds vary in firmness; some have thin, sagging mattresses while others are comfortable. Decor is simple and functional. Cleaning standards vary; rooms are generally clean but some may have dust or stains. Certain rooms lack natural light, and windows in ground-floor units may face the reception area. No automatic daily housekeeping; it can be requested.

For relaxation, the historic townhouse features a traditional Andalusian courtyard with lush plants, marble, and azulejo tiles - an open-air space for all guests to enjoy. The courtyard is a pleasant spot to escape the southern sun and busy streets.

Check-in is self-service via a code provided before arrival; there is no staffed reception. Late check-in after 22:00 is handled through a security box. The building has three floors and no lift - rooms on upper floors require climbing stairs. The historic townhouse includes a shared Andalusian courtyard open to all guests. Housekeeping is not automatic; if needed, it can be requested. CCTV operates in common areas, and fire extinguishers are installed. The property accepts Visa, Maestro, and MasterCard.
