The apartments sit in the real heart of Paris, with an excellent location for walking. The Louvre and Opéra Garnier are within a 15-minute walk, while Sentier Metro Station (200 m away) provides direct access to Saint-Lazare Train Station and onward connections to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and grocery shops are within 300 m. The area is convenient for exploring on foot or by public transport, though a car is not necessary and parking is limited to a paid public lot nearby.

Available unit types range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments. Each includes a large bed, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, and a private bathroom with a shower. The kitchen contains an oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine. A sofa bed is featured in some apartments, allowing flexible sleeping arrangements. The property is older and some units have creaky floorboards, but soundproofed rooms and heating are provided. Air conditioning is not available; fans are supplied. Apartments are on upper floors (5th or 6th), with elevator access only in 1-bedroom and 3-bedroom units. Two-bedroom apartments are on the 6th floor without a lift. Views include the Eiffel Tower from some top-floor units.

Opera Louvre HolidayApartment does not operate its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, cookware) for self-catering. Within a short walk (0.5 km) there are at least eight restaurants - including Ibrik Kitchen, L'Ivress Sentier, Thai One, La Merceria, Amadae, and Pizza 404 - offering varied cuisine. Grocery shops are also within walking distance for stocking the kitchen.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or gym. For leisure and relaxation, guests can enjoy the central location with easy walking access to the Louvre, Opéra Garnier, Jardin du Palais Royal, and the shops of Rue Montorgeuil. The surrounding area is vibrant with cafés and restaurants.
