The location works well for both car-free city exploration and for those using public transport.

All apartments have a private entrance, a living area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle). Each unit includes a washing machine, ironing facilities, and heating. Bed sizes are 160x200 cm (queen) - comfortable and consistent across all apartments. Some apartments are on the ground floor, while others are on upper floors; only the 4-bedroom loft apartment has a lift. Rooms on the street side can be noisier - requesting a courtyard-facing apartment is advised for lighter sleepers. No air conditioning is provided, but each bedroom has a fan. Apartments vary from 2-bedroom units to a spacious 4-bedroom loft; some feature exposed wooden beams and a terrace. All bathrooms have walk-in showers with strong water pressure and a separate WC in several layouts.

The apartments do not have an on-site restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen (stovetop, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware) ideal for preparing meals.
