Metro line 7 connects directly to the Louvre, Notre-Dame, and the Galeries Lafayette department stores. The area is safe and well served by restaurants, bars, and bakeries. Despite being close to major stations, the street itself is quiet, making it suitable for light sleepers who choose a room away from the lift and stairwell.

Each room includes a private bathroom with either a bathtub or shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The shower may lack a curtain, which can cause minor flooding - a towel on the floor helps. Rooms are carpeted; some carpets show wear. There is no air conditioning, but fans are available on request. Storage space is adequate for city stays, though large suitcases may need to be placed on the floor. Some rooms have a French balcony (floor-to-ceiling doors without a platform). Noise from adjacent rooms and the corridor can be an issue; rooms on higher floors away from the lift are quieter. The hotel provides a kettle with tea and coffee.

Breakfast includes fresh bread, pastries, ham, cheese, yogurt, cereals, fruit, and hot drinks. It is a cold buffet with no hot items such as eggs. The breakfast room can become crowded during peak hours. For a more varied morning meal, the surrounding streets offer several bakeries and cafés within a 2-minute walk. The bar stocks wines, beers, spirits, and soft drinks, providing a cosy spot for an evening drink. There is no restaurant on site for lunch or dinner; however, many dining options are within a few minutes' walk.

A lift serves all floors. Luggage storage is free and can be used before check-in or after checkout - convenient for travellers with late flights. Safety deposit boxes are provided in rooms. The reception is staffed around the clock, and keys are collected and returned each time you leave the hotel, which adds a layer of security. No parking is available on site, but a nearby garage (Garage d'Abbeville, 200 m) costs 20 € per day. Public parking is also available at 40 € per day. The hotel does not have a laundry, restaurant, spa, or pool.
