The resort is a 10-minute drive from Universal Orlando's parks and about 15-20 minutes from Walt Disney World. SeaWorld is 5 km away and the Orange County Convention Center is a 4-minute drive from the property. A Publix supermarket and a Walgreens are adjacent to the resort, with several casual eateries also within walking distance. For theme park travel, cars are recommended because parking is free and ride-shares are easy. No shuttle service is available. The I-Drive trolley does not stop here, but the Orlando International Airport is a 16-minute drive from the property.

Each apartment includes a full kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and utensils. All units have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV in the living room and each bedroom, and a private bathroom. Select apartments offer a balcony or patio. The 3-bedroom townhouses have a ground-floor entrance with a bedroom and bathroom, a second-floor living and kitchen area, and two more bedrooms and bathrooms on the third floor. The apartment buildings have elevators, but townhouses require climbing multiple sets of stairs. While units are individually decorated, owners must meet strict quality standards for linens and housekeeping.

A poolside bar serves drinks at the clubhouse pool, and vending machines with drinks and snacks are available. The property does not have a restaurant. For full meals, the attached Publix shopping centre offers several casual restaurants within walking distance. Grocery deliveries can be arranged through apps such as Uber Eats or DoorDash. The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, making it easy to prepare meals in the unit.

The resort has two heated seasonal outdoor pools open from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM year-round, both with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a shallow end. The clubhouse pool has a full liquor bar. A hot tub is available, and a well-maintained fitness room with free weights is also on site. Outdoor recreation includes a lakefront fitness trail, basketball (the court is mainly used for basketball) court, a regular playground, and picnic areas with grills. The clubhouse also contains a games room with a pool table and arcade games, plus a small cinema. There is no spa.

Free private parking is available on site with one space per reservation. The property also offers accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Free Wi-Fi is available in all units. The 24-hour front desk can arrange tours and assist with ticket purchases. Other on-site services include a minimarket, a barber/beauty shop, and an ATM. Laundry facilities (free to use) are in each apartment, and daily housekeeping is not included. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV outside, smoke alarms, and key card access.
