The hostel sits on a relatively calm street in San Polo, yet is within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Basilica dei Frari (5 minutes), the Rialto Bridge, and St. Mark's Square (approximately 25 minutes). The neighbourhood is well served by public transport: Piazzale Roma (bus station) is just 5 minutes away, and the water bus network at San Tomà provides connections to the islands and across the city. A grocery store is 3 minutes away, and numerous cafés and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The location offers a balance of convenience, safety, and local character.

The hostel offers private rooms and dormitories (single-sex and mixed). Dormitories contain 2-4 beds; some rooms have a private sink and views of the street or rooftops. Air conditioning is available in some rooms but may not be sufficient on hot nights - fans are also provided. The building is older, so sound insulation between rooms is limited. Rooms closer to the lift and shared bathrooms may experience more noise from door-slamming and cleaning activity. The furniture is basic and functional, described as student-like. The property is a student dormitory outside summer months.

There is no breakfast or meal service on site. A well-equipped shared kitchen with fridges, a microwave, and basic cooking supplies allows self-catering. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are on the ground floor. Several cafés and restaurants are within a 0.3-0.5 km radius. A café opposite the hostel serves breakfast. The kitchen is a practical option for preparing meals on a budget.

The terrace is furnished with sofas and provides a quiet spot for relaxing, eating, or socialising. There is no pool, gym, spa, or other leisure facilities. The terrace is valued as a key social area.
