OTIUM MAECENATIS APARTMENTS, Rome

The apartments sit on a quiet, safe street just 5 minutes on foot from the Colosseum via a lovely park. Termini Station is a 15-20 minute walk or a short bus ride on line 16 (stop 300m away). Piazza Venezia is 15minutes away on foot. For metro access, Manzoni stop is also a 10-minute walk. The surrounding area has multiple restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, making it easy to shop for groceries or grab a coffee. The neighborhood feels secure and allows most of Rome's historic sights to be reached on foot or by a short metro ride.

All units feature a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The 3-bedroom apartment has two full bathrooms, while others have one. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, cookware), a washing machine, air conditioning, heating, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee maker. Interiors have classic-style furniture with high ceilings and large windows providing a bright atmosphere. Bed configurations vary: the 1-bedroom sleeps 3 (one double + sofa bed), the 2-bedroom sleeps 4-5, and the 3-bedroom sleeps 6-8 (six beds in two bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room). The property does not have balconies. Road-facing rooms are quiet, and the apartments are on the first floor with no elevator available.

The property does not operate a spa, swimming pool, gym, or wellness centre. The adjacent park offers a pleasant setting for a short walk or morning run, and it connects directly to the Colosseum area. All wellness and leisure needs must be pursued outside the apartments.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the apartments. Airport transfer can be arranged with fixed pricing from both Fiumicino and Ciampino (55€ for 1-3 passengers, up to 80€ for 7-8). Luggage can be dropped off from 11:00 before check-in. Each apartment has a washing machine (and an iron is available). Public parking is possible at a nearby location for 10€/day (reservation not possible); a covered garage (approx. 40€/day) is also nearby. Cots can be provided on request. The building lacks an elevator for guest use, so the first-floor apartments require stairs.
