TREE CHARME AUGUSTO BOUTIQUE HOTEL, Rome

The hotel sits in a prime central area, within 1 km of Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, and the Pantheon. The main shopping streets and many restaurants are steps away. The Vatican can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. Rome Ciampino Airport is 16 km away; a paid shuttle (€60) is available. The immediate surroundings are very walkable and safe, allowing easy access to the city's landmarks without needing transport.

Accommodations include double rooms and junior suites (with a matrimonial bed and a sofa bed). Twin beds are available on request. All rooms feature free toiletries and a wine/champagne amenity. Rooms overlooking the inner courtyard tend to be quieter, while street-facing rooms may experience road noise. Some rooms have windows opening to an internal courtyard where smoking is permitted, which can affect air quality if the window is open. Overall rooms are clean and well-decorated, though some may not match the photos exactly. Room size varies; some are described as spacious, others as compact. Noise from thin walls, slamming doors, and hallway noise can be an issue.

The complimentary breakfast consists of a coffee and croissant corner, including juice, pancakes, and fruits. Alternatively, the hotel has an arrangement with a nearby bistro (Cento Bistrot) where a more substantial breakfast can be purchased, which is reported as good. Several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including La Bottega di Cesare, Trattoria Settimio All'Arancio, and Talea Coffee Drinks & Food. For other meals, guests can use the bistro next door or explore the many dining options in the neighbourhood. Wine/champagne is available in the room at an additional charge.

The hotel offers a terrace and outdoor furniture for relaxation. No on-site wellness facilities such as a spa, pool, or gym are available. An ice skating rink is situated in the surroundings, providing an additional leisure option.

Services include private check-in/check-out, luggage storage (free), and daily housekeeping. A concierge service can help with restaurant reservations and sightseeing tips. The airport shuttle is available for a fee (€60). Laundry service is offered with an additional charge; items left at reception are returned cleaned the next day. The property has a lift starting from the first floor, requiring a few stairs from the ground floor. Key card access is used for security. Safety deposit boxes are provided free of charge. Cots are available on request. Smoking is not allowed in the building.
