The Promenade des Anglais is 800 meters away, reachable on foot in about 15 minutes via Avenue Jean Médecin. From the airport, take Tram Line 2 to 'Jean Médecin' (5-7 minutes walk) or Tram Line 1 to a stop five minutes away. The surrounding streets are safe and active, with numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and shops within a 2-minute radius. The beach is a straight 15-minute walk.

Accommodation ranges from private double rooms to 4-bed, 6-bed, and larger dormitories. All rooms include air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Triple-tier bunk beds are used in some dorms, which can make the middle and top bunks feel tight and shaky. Rooms are on the small side - space for one person to stand at a time is typical.
