The hotel is a two-minute walk from Nice-Ville Train Station and Gare Thiers Tram Station, making rail and tram travel highly convenient. A bus stop to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport is just 150 metres away, and the airport is 7 km from the property. The beach, Promenade des Anglais and Old Town are a 20-minute walk away; the tram (line 1) can reduce the walk to the beach to about six minutes. Numerous restaurants and shops are within a few minutes' walk. For those arriving by car, no on-site parking is available, but a public car park (Interparking) is located 250 metres from the hotel, adjacent to the train station.

Each room is air-conditioned, soundproofed and has a flat-screen TV, telephone and private bathroom. Rooms tend to be small and compact, with carpeted floors and basic furnishings; some rooms have limited natural light, low attic ceilings or windows facing internal courtyards or adjacent walls. Quadruple rooms offer flexible bedding configurations (two double beds, four single beds, or one double and two singles, subject to availability). No tea/coffee-making facilities, mini-fridge, kettle or balcony are provided. The property is serviced by a lift. The environment is generally quiet with closed windows, though rooms at the front may pick up street noise.
