The neighbourhood feels very safe at all hours, and the proximity to the train station is practical for day trips.

Each apartment features one or two separate bedrooms (with doors), a living room with a sofa bed, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and free toiletries. All units come with a full kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, and kitchenware), a tea and coffee maker, a hairdryer, a work desk, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with cable channels (including Netflix), and parquet floors. The layout with a corridor between the living room and bedroom keeps noise separate. Apartments with balconies offer garden or quiet street views; upper-floor units (floor 4 and above) often provide city panoramic views. Heating and air conditioning are individually adjustable. The design is clean and modern, with new furniture and ample wardrobe and closet space.

Pakat Residences does not operate its own restaurant or bar, so all dining is self-planned. Each apartment's kitchen is stocked with stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, toaster (available on request), and coffee/tea supplies, making it easy to prepare breakfast or meals. A well-regarded Austrian restaurant (Gasthaus Engelhart) is 0.5 km away, along with several cafés (Cafe Goldegg, Demi Tass, Cafe Theresianum) and fast-food options like Semburger, all within 5 minutes on foot. Grocery stores including Billa are within a 300-metre walk. The lack of a property restaurant is offset by the convenience of the kitchen and the variety of nearby eateries.

The property provides a fitness room for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine. There is no pool, spa, or sauna. For outdoor leisure, Belvedere Palace's gardens are a 6-minute walk away, offering a pleasant setting for a morning jog or an afternoon stroll.
