KUNSTHAUS APARTMENTS, Vienna

The building is directly adjacent to the Kunsthaus Wien and the Hundertwasser Museum. The hop-on-hop-off sightseeing bus stops right outside. Tram line 1 is a 2-minute walk and takes 5 minutes to reach the Ringstraße and Prater park. The CAT City Airport Train station is 10 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, a bank, and a post office are within a few blocks. The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and near the Donaukanal, yet the city centre is about a 20-minute walk or a short tram ride. Parking garages such as FLORA Garage and P+R Erdberg are nearby but not on-site.

There is no gym, spa, sauna, or swimming pool at Kunsthaus Apartments. The main leisure facility is a shared rooftop terrace offering excellent views of the city, the canals, and the Prater amusement park. Some apartments have private balconies or terraces with views of the Kunsthaus. The location itself is ideal for exploring the Prater recreation area, which is a 5-minute tram ride away.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. Express check-in/out and self-check-in/out are available. Luggage storage is offered in the office from 9:00 to 17:00, and luggage can be left in the apartment before check-in if cleaning is done early. Key collection is from a lockbox in the building. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor but does not reach the attic apartment Top 27. No parking is on-site; paid public parking is available at nearby garages (FLORA Garage €20/day, P+R Erdberg €3.60/day). Pets are not allowed. CCTV and smoke alarms are present. Laundry facilities exist: a shared washing machine in the basement, and three apartments (Top 15, 16, 17) have their own. A bike storage room is available on the ground floor.
