PALAZZINA RIVA, Venice

The property sits on the Grand Canal directly at the Riva di Biasio water bus stop, connecting you to Rialto and San Marco in about 5 minutes. Venezia Santa Lucia Station is a short walk away, and reaching the Marco Polo Airport takes about 15 minutes by water taxi. Within a few minutes' walk you will find several restaurants, a gelateria, and a fully equipped supermarket, while the main tourist attractions remain accessible on foot. The area feels quieter than the central tourist hubs, making it a good base for both exploring during the day and resting at night.

The apartments come in various layouts, including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, penthouse, and attic options, all recently renovated in a modern, clean style. Units feature high ceilings, parquet floors, flat-screen TVs, minibar, bathrobes, free toiletries, and a welcome kit with snacks and drinks. Many rooms overlook the Grand Canal or an inner courtyard; the Penthouse has a private roof terrace with panoramic canal and city views, while the Attic apartment also offers a canal-view terrace. The shower is partially glass within the bedroom in some units - a functional detail for couples. These are spacious, well-maintained properties with comfortable bedding and oversized towels, suited for couples, families, or longer stays.

Each unit includes a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. Many apartments provide a Nespresso machine, kettle, and complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival. A supermarket is 250m away, and cafés and bakeries are within a 5-minute walk for breakfast supplies. Several highly rated trattorias, pizzerias, and restaurants are within a 10-minute walk. For fresh pasta or wine, the kitchen allows for comfortable home-style dining.

The wellness offering centres on an indoor hot tub located in specific apartment types. The property also has a garden and a terrace available at an additional charge. Given the compact urban setting, the hot tub serves as a practical relaxation feature after a day of walking through the city.

WiFi is free throughout the property. Luggage storage is available before check-in or after check-out at reception. The building is wheelchair accessible and has facilities for disabled guests. Pets can be accommodated on request with potential extra fees. Reception can provide an iron on request. The property is non-smoking. Housekeeping is not included for free, but towels and sheets are provided at no extra cost.
