The area is central but sufficiently tucked away to avoid the heaviest tourist crowds, offering a calm base for exploring the city on foot. For guests arriving by car, the nearest parking is at Tronchetto (paid); from there, take vaporetto line 2 to Rialto, then walk three minutes.

The rooms are housed in a historic building with retained original features. While some rooms are described as spacious, many are compact, which is typical of central Venice. The largest suite includes a comfortable seating area. All rooms have a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV. Room sizes vary significantly; for a group or longer stays, choosing a larger category is recommended. Some rooms face internal courtyards and are quieter, while street-facing rooms may pick up some noise from the alley. Certain rooms are on two levels, which may be less convenient for late-night bathroom visits. Mosquito nets are not present on all windows. The lift is available from the ground floor, making upper-floor rooms accessible.
