The property is right next to Hilton Hawaiian Village, providing easy access to the beach and lagoon via a walking ramp from the lobby-about 5 minutes. Kahanamoku Beach is just steps away, and Hale Koa Luau is a 7-minute walk. Waikiki centre and Ala Moana Shopping Centre are a 20-30-minute walk in opposite directions. Honolulu International Airport is 13 km away. Public beaches and lagoons are free and open to all. The location is central for restaurants, groceries (across the street), and a tour operator in the lobby. Ala Wai Boat Harbor is a 5-minute walk.

Units are open-plan with the bedroom area not separated from the living space, maximising ocean views. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, electric kettle, tea/coffee maker), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Many units have a private balcony or terrace with sea views. The layout is a single living/sleeping area with 1-2 beds (twin or double) and a queen-size pullout sofa bed in most rooms. Beds are described as medium-firm and comfortable. The apartments are clean, modern, and recently renovated. Units are located on different floors; washer and dryer rooms are available on every floor at a cost of US$3 per load. The overall building is slightly dated but the apartments themselves are updated.

The property has several dining options. Menehune Grille (open daily 06:00-15:00) and Pesca offer American and local dishes. Paradise Poke serves local food, and Hawaiian Aroma Caffe provides coffee. Many meal types are catered for: breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner. Dietary needs accommodated include Halal, Kosher, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free. The on-site bar/lounge area is also available. A minimarket and coffee shop are in the lobby. The full kitchen in each unit also allows self-catering.

Two outdoor pools are open year-round from 07:00 to 19:30. Both pools feature a pool with view, sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Pool 2 has a shallow end, suitable for children. Pool/beach towels are provided free of charge. The building also offers a garden, terrace with outdoor furniture, and beach access. A paid gym is available in a separate building. The surrounding area offers kayaking and canoeing. Friday night fireworks can be enjoyed from the balcony.

Check-in is contactless with a code provided before arrival; there is no front desk, but 24-hour support is available via messaging. Early check-in at 12:30 PM can be requested for US$100.
