Rooms can be configured with twin beds on request, and the property can provide a pack-and-play crib for infants. The bed is comfortable, and rooms are well soundproofed despite the central location. Family rooms are available, and daily housekeeping keeps the space spotless. No rooms have a balcony.

The property sits on a high-end shopping street in the historic centre, within easy walking distance of the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, Florence Cathedral, and the Accademia Gallery. The Arno River is around the corner, and numerous restaurants, cafés, and gelato shops are within 300 m. Florence Airport is 5 km away; a taxi to the train station costs about €10 and takes roughly 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet and secure at night, with excellent walkability for all major attractions.

The property does not have a restaurant. A nearby café (30 m) provides Italian breakfast with hot drinks, croissants, and jam, or an international breakfast. In the communal lobby, guests enjoy free coffee, a water dispenser, and sweets. Wine and champagne are available on request for an additional charge. The surrounding streets offer a wide selection of restaurants within a 3-minute walk, including Il Latini, Coco Lezzone, and Ristorante Pizzeria Le Antiche Carrozze.
