Hotel Details

Location

A 5-minute walk from Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall, with easy access off Sheikh Zayed Road and proximity to Jebel Ali Free Zone.
Located in the Jebel Ali District, the property provides convenient access to Sheikh Zayed Road and is a short drive from Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lakes Tower, and the Central Business District. The Ibn Battuta Metro station (Expo 2020 line) is a 5-minute drive or a walking distance away, making public transport a viable option for reaching other parts of Dubai. The surrounding area includes a variety of Indian and other restaurants within a short walk, creating a lively neighborhood feel. For those with a car, the property previously offered free parking, but this is no longer available, so plan to use paid street parking or nearby lots.

Accommodation

All units feature fully furnished accommodation with modern kitchen facilities and a private bathroom with a bathtub.
The apartments and studios come equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. Walk-in kitchens are available in standard studios, with basic utensils provided. Rooms are spacious but generally basic in decor; some units have older furniture and appliances. The property has a no-extra-bed policy, but one-bedroom units with two queen beds can comfortably sleep three guests. Rooms do not have balconies. Air conditioning is provided in all rooms. While some units are newly renovated, overall cleanliness and maintenance have been inconsistent, so requesting a recently updated room may improve the experience.

Leisure

An on-site gym with modern equipment, plus a spa and wellness centre with massage chairs available at an additional charge.
The property has a fitness centre offering a range of equipment suitable for a quick jog or light weights. Wellness facilities include a spa and wellness centre with massage chairs available for an additional charge. There is no private swimming pool, but residents have free access to a community swimming pool located a 5-minute walk away in Discovery Garden. The Montgomerie Golf Club is a short drive from the property.
