The neighbourhood is calm with parks and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk, but most attractions require a taxi or car. A 10-20 minute drive covers most major landmarks and malls in Dubai.

Units range from studios to spacious two-bedroom apartments. Each includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and tea/coffee maker. Most have a balcony with pool or city views. All have air conditioning, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and hairdryer, a separate seating area, wardrobe, and flat-screen TV. One and two-bedroom units also include a washing machine (studios use communal machines). The bathrooms are compact and the shower may lack good drainage, leading to water on the floor. Windows do not seal fully, allowing highway noise into road-facing rooms. Interiors are modern and clean but the budget fittings may show wear over longer stays. Air conditioning can be noisy.

The hotel does not operate a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. Each apartment has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and tea/coffee maker, allowing self-catering. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are in the building. A supermarket is a 2-3 minute walk away for groceries.
